It was quietly located.
The shower!!!! It was a hand held affair and the head was awful so water went everywhere. Not very modern compared with the rest of the hotel.
Clean tidy hotel with welcoming and helpful reception staff. Good sized rooms kept very clean. Very good self service breakfast.
A chair suitable for sitting at the desk/dressing table would be a good idea in order to be able to sit and write a letter or use a computer.
The staff was nice and friendly
The hotel is split in 2 parts, and the shuttle going from one part to the other didn't work. Also it is very disorganized between the 2 parts.
The bedrooms were a good size and very clean - lovely bathrooms
The location is misleading it is not near the centre of Deauville and you definately need a car - the hotel for food and beverage is incredibly expensive - 17 euros for a continental breakfast! - The indoor swimming pool is in the centre of the restaurant therefore one would not use this!
Hotel employes at the front desk don't speak basic English!!! Late check out not permitted.
Clean and big rooms (the basic one) - Lots of facilities - nice environment (middle of the woods) and architecture - just 4min by car from Deauville center
Not in the center of Deauville fo course - swimming pool have no shower (but we're in France!) - bathroom was getting all wet every time we were having a shower - price is a little bit expensive
comfortable bed and room but typical business hotel room.Good sports facilities and swimming pools/ tennis courts.
not the best location, for ther area business based hotel.
Comfortable and very exciting for children
Bit difficult getting into the empty restaurant. Vandals smashed our car window sadly
The room was excellent with a good breakfast and helpful staff
The location is much too far from Deauville requiring expensive taxis to ferry each way
Impossible to get taxi's from the hotel to anywhere...generally had to wait over 30 minutes each time I wanted a cab.
Room 178 into which we were moved was good. Breakfast was good. We had no other meals in the restaurant because no menus were displayed anywhere and the restaurant was practically deserted most of the time. The village restaurants were crowded and good.
Beds comfortable. The breakfast was passable.
No directions provided on website, signs in town point to disused back entrance. Tired decor, disinterested staff, trying to look like modern designer hotel but underneath this thin veneer more like a mid 70's travelling salesman rabbit hutch. Shower curtains around bath but no shower fitting. Toilet door wouldn't shut. Horrendously overpriced.
Jacuzzi was excellent, my daughter liked the pools outside
Given the price for the room I would expect to find shower cap, bathrobe and slippers in the bathroom
I like the style and view of the hotel with all the gardens arounds
I didnot like that their are no staff to ask about the hotel service and the area around in the part of the hotel we stayed in.
